Ron Beauchesne – Vice - President, Operations & Engineering

Ron Beauchesne is a highly accomplished Broadcast Engineering/Business Office Manager and Sales/Marketing Professional. He has widespread industry experience and proven record of achievement in delivering transmissions for high profile media coverage (television and radio) of regional, national, international and global special events.

He is results oriented with a strong managerial sense of personal commitment to the project and client. By striving to understand the customer’s business, he uncovers the business issues and presents solutions for them that have consistently enabled revenue growth and profitability.

Ron’s accomplishments have also been recognized throughout the Canadian Telecommunications Industry.

Arshia Tabrizi – Vice - President, Corporate Development

Arshia Tabrizi is a Toronto-based corporate lawyer and angel investor and the founder of Tabrizi Law Office, a leading boutique corporate and technology law firm. He has structured and negotiated numerous technology transactions, financings, strategic alliances, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in the communications, networking and computer industries. Juris Doctor, University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, and a B.A.Sc. (Hon.) Computer Engineering, University of Toronto, Faculty of Engineering.
